Took the I-5 really slow.

Drove thru’ Yakima valley
Saw the Columbia River flow.

We were travelling east together
Sure was one fine sunny day.

‘Cos we knew the very next wine bar
Could not be so far, Suzie said.

Looked for B&B sign posts
Just a little bed and a bath.

So we ate out each night together
Dined and watched the setting sun.

We’ve arrived in Walla Walla
Such a fine city, Harvey said.

Went out for a happy hour
Sat and just listened to the blues.
